We are seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure efficient operations at a designated site, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence. This position encompasses the coordination of service providers, upholding site safety standards, and overseeing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute facilities management services in alignment with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate service providers and guests, conduct daily inspections, and communicate with the helpdesk
  • Facilitate communication between the client and Integral Management
  • Manage reception duties and oversee visitor interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a comparable position
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Proactive in addressing challenges
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently

All candidates must provide proof of Right to Work in the UK.
