The Company: Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in the Manufacturing sector.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and visitors, including on-site briefings and orientation.
  • Create and process purchase orders as required.
  • Develop and maintain process routings and workflows.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Support the purchase order process and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate logistics, including collection, receipt, and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and supplier databases.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including stationery and consumable monitoring.
  • Assist in generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking progress.
  • Support the management of customer and supplier portals.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond professionally to challenging customers.
  • Motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
