Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Coordinator to join our team at Kinetic Office Recruitment. As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order tracking, and reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
