Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries, maintaining accurate customer account details and providing product and service information
- Work closely with Engineers and clients to manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the growth and development of our business, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer services, order processing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process information accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of technical products and services, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
