Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and capable customer services professional to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Customer Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders for technical equipment and providing excellent customer service to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, resolving queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle a high volume of customer enquiries, maintaining accurate customer account details and providing advice on products and services available
  • Work closely with Engineers and clients to manage multiple interesting and complex Engineering projects
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and order processing experience, preferably in a technical product or engineering business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results
