About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of 15 colleagues with general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data input, booking transport and accommodation, chasing accounts and invoices, ordering equipment, and collating information for bids and tenders.
  • Manage diaries, calendars, and schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
