Your new company is a rapidly growing consultancy practice with a 'family-run' feel, providing expert services to clients across various industries.

Your new role as a Project Support Administrator will involve providing general administrative support and technical assistance to the organization's teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Welcoming visitors and managing documentation for projects
  • Booking meetings and taking minutes
  • Providing technical administrative support, including quality assurance and environmental management
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting surveyors and project management teams as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' administration experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage workload effectively

Preferred qualifications include:
