Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Shakespeare Martineau. As an integral part of our Commercial Property team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our lawyers and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers and clients, including managing electronic files, drafting documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with post-completion administration, including billing and Land Registry applications.
  • Liaise with the finance team to request and receive monies.
  • Carry out general administration and organization of paperwork to support transactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous office administrative experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Confidence with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
