Sales Order Coordinator

Are you a customer-focused individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Beeston.
This role requires someone who can provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer enquiries, and support internal sales staff. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information on our luxury products.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, and order/delivery information via telephone and email.
- Support internal sales staff and trade stockist network with product training and advice.
- Process returns, refunds, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Manage multiple team mailboxes and ensure accurate entry of quotations and sales orders.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries and work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly, confident approach and a keenness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm with the ability to work under pressure.
