Sales Coordinator Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure profitability
  • Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
  • Work closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Administer sales orders and quotations to ensure timely delivery
  • Regularly use our internal CRM system to track customer interactions
  • Liaise with internal departments such as logistics and procurement to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can demonstrate a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Packaging industry experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
