Branch Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and providing a first-class service.
- Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a busy retail environment.
- Manage supplier deliveries, accurately recording and processing them in the branch.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, developing skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized, with good numerical skills.
- Fundamental customer service and transferable skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
