Job Description

A dynamic and fast-paced business with excellent benefits and opportunities for career progression is seeking a Branch Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and providing a first-class service.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a busy retail environment.
  • Manage supplier deliveries, accurately recording and processing them in the branch.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, developing skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to diverse individuals.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized, with good numerical skills.
  • Fundamental customer service and transferable skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
