CFF is seeking a Branch Sales Coordinator to join our team, providing a first-class service to our customers.
As a Branch Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our continued success, working closely with our customers and branch team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing customer orders, answering phone calls, and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
- Dealing with supplier deliveries, accurately booking them in the branch, and maintaining accurate records.
- Working closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills, good numerical skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
As a Branch Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced team and receiving full training to use our systems.
