Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing sales orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
  • Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
  • Work closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery
  • Regularly use our internal CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Liaise closely with internal departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be commercially aware and target-driven, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
