About the Role:

We are collaborating with Linear Recruitment Ltd to find a highly structured and effective Operations Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will oversee the seamless daily functioning of the office, deliver administrative assistance to our teams, and uphold exceptional standards of customer service.

Your background in fundamental account management and invoice handling will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, task coordination, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative assistance to our teams, including managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing general questions.
  • Maintain precise and current records and databases.
  • Process invoices and guarantee timely account payments.
  • Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive).
  • Experience in basic account management and invoice processing is preferred.
  • Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
