Operations Executive Role at Forsyth Barnes


Forsyth Barnes, a leading company in the E-commerce, FinTech, and Sports sectors, is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join its dynamic team in Nottingham. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success by driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of operations.


The Role:


As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:


  • Office Management: Ensure the office is maintained at a high standard, including the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Tech Support: Provide technical assistance to ensure all software and hardware are functioning correctly, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with external IT providers as needed.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the setup and departure of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Automation Enhancement: Collaborate with external partners to improve automation processes, including CRM management, lead generation, and data compliance.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure the company's data management practices align with GDPR guidelines and regulations.
  • Shared Mailbox Management: Manage and respond to shared mailbox requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Business Support: Assist with lead management, email campaigns, and customer care, including contract management and support.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance with IT moves, enhancements, office expansions, and other projects as needed.
