Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily functioning of the golf centre, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, staff management, and service delivery.
- Golf Operations: Familiarize yourself with the company’s quality guidelines and safe operating procedures. Ensure that all areas of the golf operation are efficiently managed and well-presented.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor adherence to health and safety policies. Conduct regular inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Human Resources: Support the Centre Manager in maintaining staff performance and standards. Participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Booking Management: Administer the booking systems for tee times, buggies, and coaching sessions. Ensure all events are properly prepared and managed.
- Sales Development: Foster a strong sales culture within the team, collaborating with the Centre Manager to achieve sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
- Member Relations: Maintain the member database and ensure accurate tracking of member activities.
- Retail Oversight: Ensure high merchandising standards in the shop, manage stock levels, and oversee promotional displays.

Conditions of Employment
