We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Assistant Reception Manager to enhance our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest service experience, and contributing to the overall quality of our dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the reception area, handling reservations and collaborating with the front-of-house team.
  • Help maintain a warm and inviting environment for guests from their arrival until their departure.
  • Experience with reservation systems such as Open Table or Seven Rooms is advantageous.
  • Address guest inquiries, offering information about the establishment and assisting with special requests.
  • Work closely with management to plan and execute private events and functions.
  • Coordinate with team members to foster an efficient and harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Assist the Reception Manager with daily administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or assistant management position within the hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems like Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism in guest interactions.
  • Understanding of reservation systems and basic administrative responsibilities.
