As a key member of the Portico Corporate Reception Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and personal service to all visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with others to create rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to clients and visitors
- Manage reception duties, including meeting room bookings and helpline/switchboard services
- Host events and ensure a smooth experience for attendees
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
