Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient support to guests and clients, ensuring all their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Handle all external and internal calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front of house or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel across London within the M25, with occasional travel to other locations.
