Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and registering guests at the main reception
- Following company service and H&S standards at all times
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner
- Handling all external and internal calls in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and taking initiative are key
- Experience in 5-star customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Proficiency in business administration
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong time management skills
- A passion for helping and assisting others
