Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, ensuring that all communication is handled in a professional and respectful manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing a high level of service to our guests and clients.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to travel across London, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
