Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Ambassador at Rapport Guest Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, adhering to our service standards.
  • Escort guests to their destinations, ensuring seamless transitions between team members.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our service and innovate new solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests accordingly.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up meeting rooms to the required standard, including food and beverage arrangements.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the office to the expected standard.
