  • Assists with resolving guest issues and provides support with any queries.
  • Efficiently and satisfactorily handles guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth payment process.
  • Provides guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and events, as well as promoting them to enhance their stay.
  • Ensures compliance with payment procedures and informs guests about formalities and special conditions related to their stay.
  • Contributes to the department's qualitative and quantitative targets, driving business growth and excellence.
