Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer orders, you will be responsible for managing collections with freight agents, providing information to customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer order collections with freight agents via web portals, ensuring adherence to shipping agreements.
  • Provide customers with necessary information to arrange their own freight.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including terms and dates.
  • Track collections and deliveries, addressing delays in coordination with the CS Team Leader.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and update freight portals as needed, assisting with queries from agents and customers.
Requirements
  • Must be able to fully commit to a 3-month contract.
  • Must have previous Administrator experience.
  • Ideally previous experience working in Logistics, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills across email, telephone, and video conference.
