Receptionist/administrator

If so this may be the perfect opportunity for you
Elite Appointments are working in partnership on with this established, independent family owned expanding company.
You will be treated as individual & your contribution to to the team will be valued.
The role is working Monday to Friday 08.45am-5.30 pm, and **alternate Saturdays with a day off in the week**, however the flexibility to start earlier or finish later to enable you to truly look after your customers is required.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Liaising with walk in customers and offering an empathetic approach
- Liaising with customers via telephone to arrange appointments and offering a first-class level of customer service
- Scheduling appointments considering the logistics of the local area with regards to timescales etc
- Managing the diaries of your colleagues and keeping them "on track" with their appointments
- Being the "Go To" person in the branch
- Ordering stock
- Keeping the branch organised and tidy to create a good impression to customers
**What do I need?**
- Previous Reception & PA experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service & administration experience
- A positive attitude
- Excellent IT skills
- An empathetic and patience manner towards customers
- A knowledge of the local area is preferable to assist with diary management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
