We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at VC Evidensia UK. This role is based in Faversham, Kent, and involves working with a diverse range of clients and animals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet and welcome clients and pets
  • Weigh dogs as they arrive
  • Manage online and telephone appointments
  • Assist clients with queries and provide administrative support
  • Process payments and manage cash handling
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for animal welfare.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. The salary is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
