Animal Care Team Member

VC Evidensia UK is seeking an organised and compassionate individual to fill a Saturday Veterinary Receptionist role based at our Faversham practice. This part-time position involves working 8-hour shifts every other weekend with varying start times. As a key member of our team, you will provide a warm welcome to our clients and patients, while ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and patients professionally
- Assist with online and telephone appointments
- Manage administrative tasks including taking orders and maintaining email communications
- Control stock levels for consumables and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities
About Us:
VC Evidensia UK has ample parking and large facilities at Faversham, located next to a pet store with whom we have a good relationship. Our supportive team comprises experienced receptionists, nurses, and a practice manager who value teamwork, empathy, and organisational skills.
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
