Primary Care Team Member

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Services Receptionist to join our team at Whitstable Medical Practice. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our clinicians and patients, ensuring the efficient and effective running of our clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of our busy services, including referrals, bookings, and clinic administration.
- Liaise with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Book appointments, prepare clinic rooms, maintain stock levels, and retrieve information from E-Referral systems.
About You:
- You will possess prior experience in reception, administration, and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- A strong understanding of EMIS or other clinical systems is desirable, as well as excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff, working accurately under pressure and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
What We Offer:
We offer competitive hourly rates, starting at £11.44 per hour and rising to £12.20 after 6 months. As a valued member of our team, you will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment within the NHS.
