The Role- Lead and supervise your team to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Administer and record medication according to established protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments to safeguard resident well-being and safety.
- Support care assistants in delivering daily care, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience is required.
- You should be well-organized, IT-literate, and skilled in allocating and delegating tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential.
