Administration Assistant/receptionist

Whitstable, United Kingdom MPH Accountancy & Business Advisors Ltd Full time

To provide clerical duties which will in turn, provide support for the staff, office and business to enable the company to run efficiently and supply outstanding client service. This will be on a full-time basis in our Thanet office.

**Main duties will include:

- **
- Postal duties, incoming and outgoing post
- Typing
- Reception duties
- Telephone duties (including contacting clients for their books/records, any information we are missing, the return of signed/approved documents, payment of our invoices etc.)
- Setting up new clients on our systems
- Wrapping, archiving and sending back client books and records
- Submission of various documents to HMRC and Companies House
- Any other ad hoc tasks

- IT skills, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Willing to learn
- Good customer service
- Being pro-active
- Works well under pressure and able to prioritise workload

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitstable, CT5 4HG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
