The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a busy client of ours in Whistable.

**Working hours: Monday
- Thursday 08:45- 17:00**

**Friday 08:45- 16:30**

**Pay PH- £12.50**

As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and organising administrative processes and systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handling general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office.
- Willing to learn in depth product knowledge.
- Deal with Sales enquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
