This is a full-time opportunity with a strong focus on customer relationships, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
As we continue to grow, this role will be based in our region.
The Role
We require a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide professional administrative support to our clients. This entails extensive bookkeeping, payroll processing, IRD submissions, compliance administration, and day-to-day office tasks.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to quickly learn new software and systems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to clients
- Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and IRD processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform day-to-day office tasks
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Payroll software
- Familiarity with Xero or other Accounting/Payroll platforms (an asset)
