The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. As an Administrative Coordinator for the Sales Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining office-based sales procedures, processing sales enquiries and preparing accurate quotes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve sales procedures to exceed KPI requirements
  • Process sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotes, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximising conversion rates
  • Support customer meetings and provide management information relating to sales pipeline and performance
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, and building relationships
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
