The Job Requirements
We require a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide professional administrative support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to work under pressure, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Payroll software.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to clients
- Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and IRD processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform day-to-day office tasks
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Payroll software
- Familiarity with Xero or other Accounting/Payroll platforms (an asset)
