We are a small company but with big experience. Well known in our sector for high quality sales training and coaching we are looking for a fantastic person to keep the Owner away from tasks that aren't going to grow the company.

We work internationally, so empathy with other cultures is absolutely essential. You'll be in a small team of 3-4 and will have admin work from 2-3 of them, but predominantly the Owner.

As a sales training and coaching company you will receive outstanding training and coaching as a standard part of the package (you don’t need to pay for it like our clients do). Every team member has a seat at the table. It is a small company, established 6 years ago and growing (yes, we were fine through lockdown).

If you have 12+ months experience of PA work, a driven attitude, hugely organised, a touch patient, and a mature approach to your work then this may be the role for you.

**Hours** etc.

20 Hours per week. We will fit around the right person, but we do need the role covered 5 days per week.

This is also a hybrid role, but we would love you to come to the office in Kent, UK once per month or so. Or, come in every day - up to you

**Package**:
The basic is £30k, pro-rata'd to 20 hours per week is £15,000. There will be a discretionary bonus based on performance.

**What you’ll be doing day to day-**
- As a new role, you'll be working on building it out to be the most useful but..
- in box management of the Owner
- Meeting set ups
- Client support (eg. sending notes after sessions and reminding them to book in their sessions)
- Researching competitors or potential venues, events etc.
- Booking the Owner into speaking events and setting up travel.
- gathering feedback and testimonials from past clients and ensuring they are happy
- Some travel, if desired, to industry events to represent the company and meet clients.
- Working closely with other members of the team on reporting, admin support

**What we need**:

- Previous experience for at least 12 months
- 2 work related references
- Brilliant phone manner (training also given)
- discretion and reliability
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Honesty and
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Self-starter.. Ability to work under your own supervision, but with team support and reporting
- Initiative and willingness to discuss your ideas in our team
- Excitement about getting the Owner organised
