Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions such as PEG feeds and seizure management.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including the Care Certificate and client-focused training, to ensure our team members have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.
As a Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients, building strong relationships and making a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds and seizure management
- Medication administration
- Personal care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care, preferably with children and young people
- Full right to work within the UK
- Full UK driving license with access to a car
- Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week
