Job Summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our Kent Complex Care team in Whitstable. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their health and independence, working closely with clients, their families, carers, and the wider coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for Superior Healthcare, upholding the company's values and mission.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with specific clients, their families, and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to establish effective employer-employee relationships, minimizing legal risks.
  • Proactively address day-to-day events and maintain high standards in communication and event management.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Superior Healthcare's quality assurance programme, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding procedures.

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will manage your own client caseload and team of coordinators, working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary of £28,350, which will increase to £31,500 upon successfully completing your probation.

Requirements:

  • Previous Care Coordination experience.
  • Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a 'team player'.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Observant and sensitive to a carer's and client's needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
