Transport Logistics Coordinator

We're currently seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our Facilities Management Transport Team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of internal mail and other essential items across Kent.

• Supervise a team of drivers, managing rotas and workload to ensure efficient service delivery
• Collect and deliver mail and equipment across Kent, maintaining continuity of service at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a similar transport or logistics setting
• Professional knowledge acquired through vocational qualifications to Level 3 or equivalent
• Good knowledge of routine daily maintenance of vehicles and a good understanding of Kent's road networks
