Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and provide support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Assist with shipping information for customers, including booking freight collections and monitoring deliveries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • General Admin Support: Provide general admin support to the team, including use of company and customer shipping portals.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • IT Skills: Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work alone and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
