About the Role

As a Patient Support Coordinator based in one of our outpatient facilities, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors attending appointments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering a warm greeting to patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Providing updates on waiting times to keep patients informed.
  • Directing individuals to additional support and services as necessary.
  • Ensuring resources such as cups, leaflets, and activity packs are well-stocked and preparing information packs when needed.
  • Engaging with patients who may be alone, offering companionship and conversation.
  • Serving light refreshments in accordance with Trust Division agreements.
