Patient Access Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Patient Access Quality Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Divisional Quality Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the Diagnostics and Therapies Division.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the divisional quality structures through chairing the divisional Risk and Patient Safety Group, line managing the Governance Manager and reporting to both the Divisional Clinical Quality Group and Divisional Board.
- Represent the Diagnostics and Therapies (D&T) Division in the Trust-wide quality agenda, deputising for the Director of Professions where appropriate.
- Ensure systems and processes are in place, in support of a systematic approach to reporting, assessment, investigation, analysis, evaluation and management of patient safety throughout the Division, acting as the Learning Response Lead under PSIRF.
- Support our clinical services in maintaining the Divisional Risk Register.
- Facilitate the implementation of learning and improvement actions.
