About the Role

Located in one of our outpatient facilities, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors attending appointments at our hospital sites.

  • Delivering a warm and friendly reception to patients and visitors.
  • Providing updates to patients regarding their waiting times.
  • Guiding individuals to additional support and services as necessary.
  • Ensuring resources such as cups, leaflets, and activity packs are well-stocked and preparing information packs when needed.
  • Engaging with patients who may be alone, offering companionship and conversation while utilizing available resources.
  • Serving light refreshments where permitted by the Trust Division.
