About the Role

The Senior Groups and Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing events and groups at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute events and groups, including weddings, conferences, and social events
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, and photographers
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, execution, and teardown
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial goals are met

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
