Job Description:

ESP Recruitment London (Events) is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of events and marketing activities to support the company's portfolio of conferences, dinners, awards shows, roundtable discussions, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of events, including venue sourcing, catering, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Assist with the creation of promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and event flyers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist with post-event evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the events team to develop and implement event concepts and themes.
  • Assist with the coordination of speaker and entertainment arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain a competitor calendar to stay up-to-date on industry events and trends.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
