Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of events and marketing activities, including:

  • Event Management: Working closely with the Head of Events to ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget.
  • Marketing: Assisting with the overall marketing programme of events, including implementation and delivery of mailers and social media posts.
  • Logistics: Sourcing and reviewing suppliers, including venue sourcing, AV and production suppliers, and entertainment and speakers.
  • Post-Event Review: Reviewing feedback and recommending improvements for future events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year's of office/admin or events experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communications skills, both in writing and in person, ability to manage a demanding schedule, and fantastic organisational skills.
