Job Description

**Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts** is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-calibre marketing campaigns for our portfolio of conferences and awards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coordinated marketing campaigns for multiple conferences and awards, including both free and paid delegate campaigns.
  • Utilise a mix of channels, including email, social media, and content marketing, to maximise event visibility and registration.
  • Use intuitive lead-generation techniques for data capture of new prospects.
  • Devise and implement strategies to increase the return rate of event attendees.
  • Build and manage databases, keeping data up to date and relevant for every campaign.
  • Manage event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion.
  • Create and manage partnerships with media/association partners, as well as speakers and sponsors, to further expose the brand and maximise revenue.
  • Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that enhance the events' social media presence.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor material and post-event reports.
  • Work with Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
