**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Events Specialist to join our team at Clarion Events Inc. As a Marketing Events Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering integrated multichannel campaigns and supporting the team in the execution of our portfolio marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of integrated multichannel campaigns for both online and offline channels, including email, digital, social media, direct mail, advocacy, PR, and advertising.
  • Supporting the team in the execution of the portfolio marketing strategy, achieving maximum penetration through a brand-led approach.
  • Managing and updating event websites from a marketing and content perspective, to ensure maximum engagement and enhanced UX for each product.
  • Creating and repurposing design assets, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Writing and proofing marketing collateral, including e-shots, direct mail, and website copy in our brand tone of voice.
  • Effectively managing and coordinating external marketing suppliers, including creative agencies, mailing houses, photographer/videographer, printers, and PR.
  • Marketing administration, including activity scheduling, proof reading, customer enquiries, monitoring competitor activity, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Utilizing technology to maximum effect, including the use of Trello, Pardot, CDP (Customer Data Platform), Qualified, Gleanin, Canva, and Hootsuite.
  • Ensuring up-to-date marketing trends are constantly and actively shared with the team to implement and further optimize campaigns.
  • Optimization of the bottom-up budget, providing recommendations to the team based on channel performance.

Requirements:

  • Creative eye with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of using CRM/marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
