Key Responsibilities of the Experienced Events and Groups Coordinator

  • Designing and executing events for a varied clientele, ensuring memorable experiences that foster repeat business
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients, agents, and frequent guests through effective communication
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and actively pursuing new client engagements
  • Providing direction and support to the Group and Event Sales team in collaboration with the Group and Event Sales Manager on event planning and training initiatives
  • Conducting site visits and consultations with clients to understand their specific needs
