We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events & Groups Coordinator to join our esteemed team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our renowned hotel by managing event inquiries, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing revenue potential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and convert incoming event and group inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and meticulously communicate all event details.
  • Work in tandem with the Banqueting Operations and Kitchen teams to develop creative and enticing food and beverage concepts that exceed client expectations.
  • Utilize our established systems and processes to ensure accurate booking management and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effectively execute meetings and manage group inventory, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
