Event Participant Manager

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Participant Manager to join our team at EGG Events. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless participant experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a participant database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, including document issuance for all participants.
  • Keep participant lists updated and communicate progress to our customers.
  • Design and send event-related emails, including invitations, follow-ups, and final confirmations.
  • Propose personalized travel itineraries to participants.
  • Provide exceptional support on the day of the event and update attendance information post-event.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a booking or travel agent.
  • Background in the event industry, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare events.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with a valid work permit for the country of application.
  • Proficiency in CVent or Evenium, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
